Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Conditions
All bookings are made with Prime Breaks (trading as Prime Breaks). By booking a trip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between you and us. Your booking confirmation will outline the specific services included.
2. Financial Protection
In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, we provide financial protection for all package holidays and repatriation in the event of insolvency.
For ATOL-protected air packages or flights, our ATOL number is 3928, administered by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). You will receive an ATOL Certificate detailing your financial protection, relevant contacts, and coverage terms.
If we or our suppliers cannot fulfill the services due to insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide equivalent services at no extra cost. You agree to fulfill any outstanding payments to the alternative provider. If no alternative is available, you may claim under the ATOL scheme or via your credit card issuer.
3. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per person is required to confirm a booking. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. Booking Acceptance and Final Payments
Your booking is confirmed once we accept your deposit and issue a confirmation invoice. Final payment is due 30 days before departure. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
5. Traveler Details
To confirm travel arrangements, you must provide:
- Full name (as per passport)
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number, issue date, and expiry date
Bookings cannot be finalized without these details.
6. Cancellation by the Traveler
Cancellation charges vary based on the type of booking:

- Scheduled flights: Charges depend on airline policies
- Non-refundable or discounted accommodations: 100% cancellation fee plus administration charges
- Non-refundable flight elements: 100% cancellation fee

7. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a trip up to 30 days before departure or at any time due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external factors.
If we cancel:
- You may transfer payments to a future trip or receive a full refund
- Refunds exclude unrecoverable costs
- We are not liable for incidental expenses (e.g., visas, vaccinations, insurance excess, non-refundable flights)
Your booking consultant will advise if different cancellation terms apply.
8. Booking Amendments
To amend or transfer a booking, notify us at least 30 days before departure. Amendment fees will reflect any charges from hotels, airlines, or ground operators.
9. Inclusions (If Specified in Deal)

10. Exclusions
Your trip does not include:
- International or internal flights (unless specified)
- Meals not listed

11. Prices & Surcharges
Prices are subject to seasonal and market fluctuations. Once a quote is issued and deposit paid on the same day, the price is locked. Discounts offered after deposit payment do not apply retroactively.
Prices are based on exchange rates as of June 2014. We may impose surcharges up to 56 days before departure due to:
- Exchange rate changes
- Airfare or transport cost increases
- Local operator cost increases
- Government taxes or actions
We cover up to 2% of the surcharge; you are responsible for the remainder. No surcharges apply once full payment is received. A fuel supplement may apply due to oil price volatility. A 2% levy may be added for credit card payments.
12. Passport and Visas
You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. Please check the official government website for Foreign Travel Advice: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering:
- Personal accident
- Death
- Medical expenses
- Emergency repatriation
14. Flexibility
You acknowledge that itineraries, routes, transport, and amenities may change due to local conditions or events. Flexibility is essential.
15. Privacy Policy
We may use your personal information for trip operations or marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with agents, service providers, or suppliers to facilitate your travel.
